By filling out the form, you agree that you are willing and able to attend our convention this year from October 11th to 13, 2024, and that you are willing to be contacted by the programming department about your submissions.
For simplicity’s sake, all Panels, Workshops, Lectures, Quiz Shows, Meetups, and Demos are considered “Panels” for the sake of this form and are fair game for submission.
Quick FAQ: Submission does not guarantee acceptance as a Panel to the convention. This form will remain open until on or about September 1st, 2024. Monetary compensation for Panels or supplies are not provided — however acceptance of a panel comes with complimentary panelist badges for the main and co-panelists.
